返品ポリシー： 本品はお客様ごとの受注制作（カスタム）のため、原則返品不可です。ハンドメイド特有の個性をご理解ください。
手数料について： 極めて稀に返品を認める場合、既投入の人件費・材料費として 40％差し引きます。

2. 制作と配送

制作期間： ご注文確定後、おおよそ7日間（前後する場合あり）制作時間を頂戴します。
配送期間： 中国発送後、お届けまで概ね2週間前後かかります。お待ちいただき感謝いたします。

開封動画のお願い： 輸送中破損などに備え、最初から最後まで継ぎ目のない開封動画の撮影を強く推奨します。これは損傷・品質クレーム対応の必須証拠です。

Our Return Policy: Because each doll is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns. We encourage you to embrace the unique character of handmade art when you place your order.
Associated Fees: In the rare event a return is authorized, a 40% fee will be deducted to cover labor and materials already invested.

2. Crafting & Shipping

Crafting Time: Please allow us approximately 7 days to lovingly craft your doll after your order is placed.
Shipping Time: Once shipped from China, delivery takes approximately 2 weeks. Your patience is deeply appreciated.

3. For Your Protection & Our Promise

Unboxing Video: To best protect you against potential shipping damage, we recommend filming a continuous unboxing video. This video is the required evidence for any damage or quality claim.
