• Our Return Policy: Because each doll is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns. We encourage you to embrace the unique character of handmade art when you place your order.
• Associated Fees: In the rare event a return is authorized by our team, a 40% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of labor and materials already invested.

2. Crafting & Shipping

• Crafting Time: Please allow us 2-5 business days to lovingly craft your doll after your order is placed.
• Shipping Time: Once shipped from China, delivery takes approximately 2 weeks. Your patience is deeply appreciated!

• A Helpful Unboxing Video: To best protect you against any potential shipping damage, we kindly recommend filming a continuous video as you open your package. This video is the most effective way for us to help with any related claims and is required to process a claim for damage or quality issues.
