手数料について： 極めて稀に返品を認める場合、既投入の人件費・材料費として 40％ 差し引きます。

制作と配送

制作・発送時期： ご注文確定後、概ね1〜2週間で発送いたします（進捗・混雑状況により前後する場合があります）。
発送元・到着： 中国より発送いたします。国際物流および通関状況により到着日数は地域・時期で変動します。お待ちいただき感謝いたします。

Our Return Policy: Because each doll is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns. We encourage you to embrace the unique character of handmade art when you place your order.
Associated Fees: In the rare event a return is authorized, a 40% fee will be deducted to cover labor and materials already invested.

Crafting & Shipping

Dispatch Timing: We generally ship your handmade piece in about 1–2 weeks after the order is confirmed (may vary depending on workload and complexity).
Origin & Transit: Ships from China. International transit duration varies by destination, season, and customs processes. Thank you for your patience.
